This is ridiculous! Such responses from JY only prove how little they care about customers once they have the money and insult our intelligence even more!!! Why keep saying will send another questionnaire out when the gremlins won't let them !!!

It's not the 'homeworker moderators ' fault they are obviously being fed a line as well !

I am still waiting for my questionnaire - following the Walking in Tuscany trip in September - been back over 2 weeks now....understood from Julia (the editors) response that these would all be going out. Can you please confirm that one is going to be sent to me - and when I should receive it please.

As I have previously said, I have requested more CSQs to be reissued to those that have asked for them to be reissued and these will arrive to customers in due time.

I wouldn't bother now - it's all pointless I just won't make the same mistake again and will not travel with JY again !

I'm not sure why in this day and age, JY are still posting out the questionnaire.  This could easily be loaded onto the website and either printer out by the traveller or filled in online and submitted directly.  Would save on postage, and everyone's carbon footprint.   Perhaps at the time of booking a holiday - a question could be - how do you want to receive information from us?  Personally I am happy to do everything online...but I understand that some people are not confident about this.

I certainly would not stop using a company because I didn't get the feedback questionnaire.

You would certainly think it would be emailed to us at least ! 

Not getting the questionarre is not the reason I won't be using JY again - it's the final part of the fiasco that my holiday with JY was........ and the lack of customer care was compounded by the responses and excuses that have bee not given in this thread and the review thread where myself and my fellow travellers voiced our opinions and concerns regarding the walking in Tuscany tour .

You would think so wouldn't you - at least by email if not online anyway! 

Not receiving a questionnaire is not the reason for me deciding against using JY again , but it is the final fiasco of a walking holiday in Tuscany as detailed in another thread reviews. My disappointment and lack of customer care from that holiday compounded with JY responses has led me to that decision!

In years past I have received a questionnaire, sometimes it's on the door mat when I arrive home other times it's

a couple of days or a week, but if it doesn't come at all I wouldn't worry, it's up to JY if they bother to send a

questionnaire or not. I all ways fill them in and I would be happy to do it online.

Hi Amy,

Just to say the Inspirations magazine and TS brochure have finally arrived - but still no holiday questionnaire!  After five weeks, there is really no point at this stage, so please don't bother ordering another one.  As I posted a very positive review of my lovely holiday to Crete, I think JY have all the feedback they need.  If I hadn't been happy with the holiday, it would have been another story however!  There must still be some problem in issuing the questionnaires......

PS I've just had time to have a very quick look at the new Travelsphere brochure - I love the new design, the layout and photography are excellent and it is printed on quality, glossy paper.  The guaranteed departures are a very welcome innovation and I see that some additional (currently non-guaranteed) departures are also available on the website.  A huge improvement and I hope JY follow suit in all respects for the next brochure!

I agree with Kezzer in that I too would not stop using a Company just because I did not get a feedback questionnaire. I have travelled a lot before starting to use Just You and never once I received a feedback questionnaire so it really does not bother me whether or not I receive one for Just You holiday. You can always send a letter to Customer Services detailing any feedback you have.

Hi all,

My questionnaire (2 copies) finally arrived  on Tuesday - 24 days after returning from my Kerala trip!

I'd be quite happy to fill one in online or why not JY enclosing the questionnaire

with the final travel documents/luggage labels, that would save the extra postage as well!
