Ellie, I suggest you write a letter to JY about your holiday disappointment. I know from past experience that you will not get any feedback if you just fill in the holiday questionnaire, no matter what you say.
The questionnaires used to be waiting for you on return from the holiday, or at the latest arrive a couple of days after returning. As I said this previously, this is now the third time my questionnaire hasn't arrived.
No sign of the new Travelsphere brochure yet either (at least TS produced one, not like the JY fiasco).
