Hi Amy,

I've returned from my fantastic trip to Kerala on 23rd September and haven't received my questionnaire either :huh:  Apart from one instance when I never received one despite repeated requests, the questionnaires have always been there when I've got home or very soon after.

I haven’t received my holiday questionnaire yet from my recent trip to Kerala- admittedly only returned back on 24th Sept- but normally get the questionnaire within a few days- I phoned JY and they suggested I e mail my comments in to feedback@justyou.com which I did ( all good comments btw- wanted particularly to thank the excellent TM Annemieke Lippes

Not sure timeline for when to expect feedback questionnaire, I returned from Walking in Tuscany on 26th Sept . I feel it should be best practice to receive within a week of return ! That way customers are likely to respond timely whatever their experience and a true reflection for your customer service going forward JY . Personally my experience was not great and I know at least 50% of my companions felt the same I hope this isn't delayed so you won't get a full and true response . I would also like to have a response from JY whatever my feedback

Still no sign of my questionnaire....it'll probably be like waiting for a bus and three will come at once.

Ellie, I suggest you write a letter to JY about your holiday disappointment.  I know from past experience that you will not get any feedback if you just fill in the holiday questionnaire, no matter what you say.

The questionnaires used to be waiting for you on return from the holiday, or at the latest arrive a couple of days after returning.  As I said this previously, this is now the third time my questionnaire hasn't arrived.

No sign of the new Travelsphere brochure yet either (at least TS produced one, not like the JY fiasco).

Hi,

I'm starting to think JY have stopped sending questionnaires out now, along with no longer stating the % satisfaction rating for each holiday, as in previous brochures.

I returned from Sicily over a week ago and have still not received my questionnaire.

I'm hoping the old JY will be back soon.

Thank you Amy , can you confirm if all feedback questionnaires have gone out to all 30 travellers on the walking in Tuscany trip as none of the people I am in contact with have received anything ! Are they sent by first class post or email ?

I can assure you that we are still very much interested in receiving feedback from our customers. We are investigating why customers are not receiving these questionnaires. We will keep on this until it is resolved.

Thanks Julia,

I am sure you must be disheartened by all our complaints recently about various aspects of the business - but they are all justified and there are clearly various issues with the way that JY are operating at present.  Too many mistakes and misjudgements are being made, which for us loyal customers is seriously disappointing.  I hope the various heads of departments are taking note of all the problems and will take prompt action to ensure that things get back on track, before customers are lost for good!!!!!

I arrived back from Lake Como on 25th September, this was my 11th JY holiday, and no sign of my questionnaire yet. They usually arrive a day or two after return. Any chance of me receiving one?
