Hi Amy,

I still have not received a holiday questionnaire for my recent holiday to Crete.  Could you please arrange another one to be sent?  I never received one after the Danube Wine trip in May either.

Hi Bob,

Maybe JY don't care about what their customers think anymore! After the 'New Tours' fiasco, and other recent problems involving incorrect information being issued regarding my own winter holiday, I'm beginning to wonder!

I hope things get sorted out quickly at JYHQ, because what used to be a great company is sadly going downhill. Such a shame!

I received my holiday questionnaire the day after I returned from my Kenya trip so am sure that Bob will receive his too eventually. Maybe the 'snail' mail is to blame?

If you read Jaya's post you'll see hers actually arrived the day after she came home whereas this is now the third time I haven't received a questionnaire after a tour.  No apologies to me I notice!
