- Just You launched its brand new Guaranteed Loyalty Benefit along with the January 2018 brochure. The voucher will give you a discount on a Just You holiday as long as it is booked in 2018 and departs before the end of July 2018.

- If you have booked a Just You Holiday in 2017, but we are unable to post you the voucher, you still qualify and the discount will be applied to a booking as long as it is booked in 2018 and departs before the end of July 2018.

If you have any further issues or feel that you should have received a thank you voucher, please email us direct at Community@JustYou.co.uk and we can get everything sorted out.

Reference your last paragraph regarding any further issues/thank you voucher I sent you an email direct to the above address at 2214hrs on 5th February and as yet have not received any acknowledgement or reply. I am a little concerned that you have not received it could you confirm either way. Surely a loyalty scheme is a loyalty scheme which means continuing customers receive a loyalty bonus, regardless of time of booking. I have continuously gone with JustYou over the last 10 years and in the last few years have spent a small fortune on my holidays with you.

I have also booked a weeks holiday to Croatia with Balkan Holidays, who gave a loyalty bonus of 5% deduction off my holiday because I had travelled with them in the past 2 years.

A token gesture would be nice, even if it was a free excursion, as many of your customers are returning customers, some of whom book 2/3 holidays a year with you.

I've had 3 JY holidays in the past 10 months. Going on my 4th on Monday and just booked another for next year. No one has mentioned any loyalty discount. !!!!!

We launched the Guaranteed Loyalty Benefit along with the January 2018 brochure, this means that when you get back from your upcoming Just You holiday you will receive a discount with your welcome home letter and holiday questionnaire. The discount can be used towards a Just You holiday booked within six months of your return.

Hmmm.

I probably shouldn't have booked the holiday I did 2 days ago. Should have waited until I returned from next week's holiday. It was suggested I didn't wait long before booking that holiday, as I "wouldn't want to miss out".

So I booked.

Those of us who book holidays in advance have been disadvantaged by the loyalty scheme. If I had not booked Galapagos till after I returned from my Australia trip, then I could have had a discount of £100 but the downside is the trip on the date I would have liked to travel would be fully booked. You just can't win!

Is this loyalty scheme/bonus still operating ?

I went to Peru with JY in May 2017 , Japan in May 2018 and am intending to go to Namibia in October this year 2019. So I wondered if I was entitled to any discount before I take the step and book.

In answer, I'm not sure. I don't recollect getting a welcome home letter. But each time I travel with JY (since 2010) there has invariably been a problem associated with JY communications to me.

So I can't really answer you. It would be nice if I was entitled. Is there any way you could find out for me ?

Good Morning Vickie

I have received two loyalty vouchers following my holidays in December 2018 and March 2019 but they both have the same number. Does this mean that instead of a £100 discount on two holidays I am only entitled to £100 on one holiday?

I recently booked The Baltics holiday but failed to use the voucher(s) as I was unsure of its/their validity.

I'm afraid I'm losing out here....
