Has anybody else had an email from "Just You" asking them for their Bank details to issue a refund. I don't know if this is scam or not. Tried ringing "Just You" but they are very busy. Maybe someone from "Just You" might know as I am finding this all very worrying.

Sorry for the delay in me responding to you. Our finance team have been sending out emails to customers asking for bank details so that we can process the cash refund. The email should come from a .travelsphere.co.uk email address. If you are in any doubt please feel free to forward the email to me at community@justyou.co.uk and I will be able to verify it for you.
