Hi Cindy,

I honestly don't know what's happening with your postings - did this happen before to you?

With the new website, at the moment there isn't much integration with the Community. From a traveller point of view, it's much easier to use, there will be more information about the hotels that are used on each tour along with more details on optional excursions that you can book too. We know from research that travellers wanted to see more pictures and the team have been working at getting more of these on to the website.

I have forwarded the link to this entire thread to the development team so they are keeping a close eye on what is being said so that they can review everyone's comments and make relevant changes.

The other message I posted was in the editors board re Will leaving a bug chunk at the bottom of my message it was only waffle, so wasn't to concerned then the message that only had am I being thick!!!! ..when that came up I was waiting for some comments...

I will let you know if it happens again...

I did leave comment when on the boards if I try and click contact us it comes up 404 error if you need to know..

I've registered on the new website but can't see the details of the holiday I have booked. I'm going to Yosemite on 31st May. Should I be able to see them? I booked through Thomas Cook - would that make a difference?

Sadly that error was picked up by one of the team already, They are aware of this problem and it is in the process of being fixed - I understand that redirects from google should be fixed in the morning (fingers crossed)

Hi Julia

The link from Google still doesn't work this morning. I am sure that many travellers are like me and want to to be able to go straight to the Community page. I have managed to log in to the new webpage thanks to all the helpful posts but haven't tested all its features yet. My bookings are showing which the most important items to me at the moment!!

Hi Karen,

I have just checked and the fact you booked through a travel agent would be the reason why you can't see you booking as the booking we have on the system is with the agent.

im no longer getting the 404 error yay

but when I do my ref for the Canada falls trip , the ref isn't known but my lille and bruges did.. a little panicy as im paying some in at end of month 😞

We don't currently hold address information or other personal details, we will collect this on your next booking.

Your up coming holidays

Details of any bookings made will appear in your online account within 24hrs. A confirmation invoice will also be sent to you within 7 working days.

No up coming holidays found

yet have booked Vietnam for this year, did Peru last year although that was with Travelsphere and Australia with JY in 2013

Well I read through other posts to look for clues as to what I should be doing, I've registered and got a message saying 'We don't currently hold address details or other personal details, we will collect this on your next booking'. It then went on to say something about details will be updated within 24 hours and I will get an invoice within 7 days (sorry I can't remember the exact wording) then 'No up coming holidays found'. If Cindy thinks she's thick then I think I'm even thicker!! What's occurring?? Everything else I've looked at seems to be working ok.

Not sure what happened. I presume it is saying I have spent too long looking and not enough time booking.

Hi all,

The team are really grateful for all of the comments that are coming in Julie - your fatal error is a new one and they are looking in to this one.

For those who cannot see their bookings, if they are not showing automatically, you will be able add these to your account. If you click on the Your Holidays tab, you can add these holidays with the booking reference number, departure date and your postcode. If you have booked through a travel agent, your booking will not show in your account.

Thank you. I wasn't looking at my bookings. I was looking at the city breaks I tried Boston then New York.

I am ok with my booking they are all there.

I have decided I am most probably thick or having a blond moment or even senior moment with computers..

After 24 hours a few of my past tours information can be seen by me now, I have gone through my old paperwork and keyed in a few more, but I am still many missing so no idea how I can add them onto this format, the tours don't exist anymore. I don't have paperwork with reference number details I could most probably find the dates.
