I have travelled with the company in question. The first time my daughter, who is a high ranking police officer, saw the list of names, she questioned both data security law, and security. I have like many others have an unusual name, so it would be very easy to trace my home as being unoccupied from the list, especially as I live in what could be described as a "posh" area. I am happy to share my first name with fellow travellers once a tour has started. Where I live and my family name is quite immaterial. No other company publishes a list of travellers: I feel it is quite unnecessary and have fed this back to the company in question. On subsequent tour with them I have always requested that my place of residence is left blank.
