Good morning Jacky,

During the day you'll want to pack casual, comfortable clothes. Some travellers like to put on something a little smarter on one or two of the evening meals though so its worth packing a couple of dressier items just in case.

One of my colleagues, who did this trip last year, mentioned that the best night to get dolled up is if you are booked to go to a show in Vegas and really make a night of it. You can read his travel diary here:

Kindest regards,

Julia

Absolutely, there are currently 20 travellers booked to visit the Golden West on this date.

As it is still quite a way off, it might be worth asking me again closer to departure and I'll give you an update.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi

I did this trip two years ago and never found the occasion to dress up, went to two shows and both were casual dress, it was a FANTASTIC trip and will do it again someday,

have fun

Hi Jacky, I have also booked on this tour. I've never been to the States before, so am really looking forward to it. This will be my 2nd JY holiday, I went to Cambodia last year and had a brilliant time. What part of the country are you from? I am from Weymouth in Dorset. Looking forward to meeting you in October. Marion.
