Costa Rica was one destination that I wanted to go to and when I received the brochure towards end of last year found that it was not in it.

I later saw a reference to this destination on the community website and phoned JY to seek further info. Having done this I then received another brochure with an additional leaflet showing this holiday along with a few extra ones.

I have recently spoken to a friend who requested and received a brochure within the past few weeks only to find that they did not receive the leaflet. This gives me concerns as to how well this is being advertised away from the website as obviously I do not wish to book only to find that it is cancelled due to a lack of takeup due to not being sufficiently advertised.

I am hoping that my friend did not receive the leaflet in error but would appreciate you looking into this and hopefully putting my mind at rest.

Out of interest has anyone booked this holiday yet? If yes can you advise the numbers please.

I will see another is sent out. The tours you are referring to, in particular Costa Rica have sold really well, they were warmly received and we thank the Just You community for all their input. To date there are 10 travellers on Costa Rica, with 9 places remaining,

Have just rang JY and checked to see if anyone else had booked. They advised that there are only 6 people booked for Costa Rica.

Why are they seeing different to yourself and what are the minimum numbers required for this to run? The date that I am looking at travelling is 9th September.

My apologies, I was consulting the wrong tour code in our reservation system, our contact center are quite correct, to date there are 6 passengers booked on Costa Rica.

I will find out from the necessary department the number of bookings required for the tour to run and come back to you,
