Yes thank you, they did eventually arrive  Saturday but I fear very short notice now to comply with medical prescription drugs guidelines as suggested in final instructions re getting letters from GP and liaising with Japanese Embassy for prohibited drugs.  Surely this is something that we should have been advised about on booking?     Only received one luggage label and had to request another (now received) for hand baggage - something I feel is essential so we can recognise other fellow travellers in the airport lounge?

I will pass your feedback to the team regarding the medical guidelines.

Apologies regarding the luggage label, yes customers should receive 2, one for hand luggage so you can recognise each other at the airport.
