I was due to go on this holiday on the 20th March, but Just You cancelled it due to the Coronavirus.
When I was told this in a phone call on 16th March I asked for my money refunding. The man I spoke to said this would take 28days to get back on the card I paid with. I spoke to Tara on the phone and she sent me an email confirming my cash refund, as Just You had since sent me a credit note!
I am still waiting for the cash refund on my card?
