Great minds! I've got just over $300 left from an earlier trip. I've not booked the optional excursion. Now the itinerary has been changed to include a village, I may decide to take some free time. See you all soon

Is anyone taking anti malaria precautions? My practice nurse said all low risk so up to me?

No idea if needed!

I've decided not to  take  malarials but will be covering up and using DEET.

I'm not either - just lots of Incognito spray (which I hope to get cheap from the Destinations show where they will have a stand!)

I'd rather not take anything, have plenty of deet lotion and spray and I don't think it's a bad time of year for them. So excited about this trip, can't wait, already have case down from the loft!

I am travelling from manchester on the 12th and staying at the Premier Inn Bath Road overnight. I know that Bob and Catherine will be there. Anyone else.We could meet for dinner the night before.

This is the first time I have been on this site for months, due to major work issues in the later part of last year. But yesterday I received a letter from JY talking about the change in one of the days which sounds okay to me... so now I am panicking a little bit as I haven't thought about what to bring, money or anything else.... For someone who likes to be organised its very scary to be so behind.. all I can clearly remember about the first review, besides how wonderful the holiday was, is that I will spend most of my time 'Barefoot in Burma'. Cant wait for the holiday to begin.
