I couldn't wait - I've booked Borneo for May, with the Singapore add-on! It will be my 17th JY holiday, and my 50th different country!! Yipee!!

Borneo has thrown my holiday plans for 2016 into chaos! I'm frantically looking at dates and seeing what I might be able to manage - I think the November date is the only one that's a possibility for me. Can you tell me does the tour manager accompany the add-on to Singapore?

I'm a bit worried because I am going on the Canada and New England (in the Fall) holiday next June but this new one isn't on the website, only the 2015 one which takes in New York. Is this still a work in progress as far as uploading to the website is concerned, Julia?

Yay!!!! Booked the Croatian Coastal Explorer!!!! It was hiding on the website, and the rep I spoke to had a bit of trouble getting the details up, but it's all done now.

As well as my National Parks tour to look forward to in October, I have just booked your new Andalucia's Golden Triangle tour departing in October next year with the add on in Mijas which I am really excited about.

The new holidays for 2016 are truly impressive.

I am really excited for you. You will have an amazing time in Borneo. I cannot believe that they have added Singapore on to this trip, a destination I wanted to go to since I was a child. I am going to talk sweetly to my boss to see if I can fit in another trip for next year. I am off to Vietnam and Cambodia for Christmas. My brother is 50 in February so we have booked to go to Egypt. Japan And Hong Kong in April and then Namibia in September. I wonder if they would notice at work in I sneak in a couple of weeks to Borneo. I might have to consider an early retirement.

At the moment I'm in Croatia,

I wanted to ask, why do we not have an English rep, as there has been some trouble regarding rooms at the hotel in Tucepi, three of our party have got small rooms with only a small window and no balcony, whilst most of the party have double rooms, some have sofas in their rooms, when they asked why? They were told we had only paid for economy rooms, I must admit I've never heard of this before. Most of us have balconies.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry I have taken a while to get back to you, the community rarely deals with issues with people still on holiday. Our Tour Manager/Guide Alen is in resort and is fully English speaking. He is very experienced in running this tour, and therefore we would suggest that any guests with concerns address these directly to Alen. We aim to offer the same standard of accommodation to all of our customers, however where a hotel is slightly smaller and has different rooms types this can sometimes be impossible. May I take this opportunity to wish you a very enjoyable remainder of your holiday.
