I have just downloaded your new brochure and i am very excited. There is ANOTHER Croatia holiday with visits to Bosnia and Macedonia which is exactly what i was looking for. In addition, Slovenia is back on the agenda as well as the many Italian holidays i want to go on.

At the moment I'm in Croatia,

I wanted to ask, why do we not have an English rep, as there has been some trouble regarding rooms at the hotel in Tucepi, three of our party have got small rooms with only a small window and no balcony, whilst most of the party have double rooms, some have sofas in their rooms, when they asked why? They were told we had only paid for economy rooms, I must admit I've never heard of this before. Most of us have balconies.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry I have taken a while to get back to you, the community rarely deals with issues with people still on holiday. Our Tour Manager/Guide Alen is in resort and is fully English speaking. He is very experienced in running this tour, and therefore we would suggest that any guests with concerns address these directly to Alen. We aim to offer the same standard of accommodation to all of our customers, however where a hotel is slightly smaller and has different rooms types this can sometimes be impossible. May I take this opportunity to wish you a very enjoyable remainder of your holiday.

I realise what your saying, as Allen was very nice, his opinion on the hotel was as the hotel informed us all that we had only paid for economy rooms, I've never after all the holidays with Just You been told that we are economy, on my return I found my paperwork that says we were standard rooms, so all of our party should have had the same rooms, not dark rooms, no balconies, no window you could see out. Just received my birthday present (the new JY brochure!!) - well done on some fantastic new tours (I'm already booked on 2 of them for next year!). One wee thing I notice on the website for the Borneo holiday, is a slight "spelling mistake" - I know this holiday is full-on but do we really have to "work" rather than "walk"!!!

I received the new brochure today and could not resist booking Borneo for May next year! The itinerary looks so good that I decided to just go for it and worry later. Anyway, I think I am entitled to 3 good holidays next year since it is my big birthday - well this is the excuse I used to justify booking a 3rd long haul holiday. I am going to be financially ruined but am going to have such happy memories. Looking forward to meeting Hils and Kedi for the first time and Bob again.

Yes have also booked the Singapore add-on. I have been to Singapore years ago and have a friend (an ex-colleague) who keeps on asking when I will be back. So am really looking forward to this holiday as will get a chance to meet with Jenny. I too look forward to at last meeting you in person.
