So a couple of requests as to what I should post next... the question is who do I please first?

Tour 1

By popular demand...Sail past secret coves, red-roofed villages and ancient olive groves on this island-hopping cruise across the glorious Adriatic Sea. Along the way, discover chic towns, sparkling waterfalls and secluded beaches, sample delicious local wine and cuisine, and take in magnificent views from the highest point in the Adriatic islands. (Subject to terms times, I think this one has a date that falls in the summer holidays Gwyn)

Tour 2

The long and rugged Dalmatian Coast is dotted with historic cities, pretty towns and lovely beaches. On this eight-day tour you’ll discover its treasures, including the beautiful city of Dubrovnik and the unspoilt Elafiti Islands. You’ll also taste Croatian delicacies, such as seafood and wine, and soak up stunning scenery on a visit to medieval Kotor in neighbouring Montenegro.

Tour 3

Barbados is an idyllic Caribbean island where year-round sunshine, palm-fringed white-sand beaches and turquoise waters are just the beginning of the highlights. The history of this island is revealed amongst colonial architecture and inside fascinating plantation houses, while its colourful culture can be discovered as you join the locals at the famous Oistins Fish Fry and dance to the sounds of reggae and calypso.

And still, I have even more tours to share with you over the next few days!

Tour 2- yes, yes, yes!

And Tour 2 yes, yes yes from me too!!

And one more before I pack up and leave for the day - lets stay local.....

Head to the north of England to the Yorkshire Dales, an area of outstanding and unspoiled scenic beauty, designated a national park. On a series of walks discover lush valleys, towering peaks and craggy limestone cliffs and head into Brontë Country. As you walk across moors and admire flowing waterfalls you’ll be transported into the pages of the classic novels penned by literary sisters the Brontës who themselves headed here in search of inspiration.

Have a great evening!

Dear Julia,

At the moment I'm in Croatia,

I wanted to ask, why do we not have an English rep, as there has been some trouble regarding rooms at the hotel in Tucepi, three of our party have got small rooms with only a small window and no balcony, whilst most of the party have double rooms, some have sofas in their rooms, when they asked why? They were told we had only paid for economy rooms, I must admit I've never heard of this before. Most of us have balconies.

Keep going Julia, nothing there for me yet! I've got an awful feeling I'm going to be that hard to please person. I've got a short haul I'm already looking forward to booking when the new brochure comes out, just looking for that long haul.

I know Alicia has been busy of late but am just wondering if she will be answering my question re Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan under the heading of New Destinations to Explore, my long haul might be solved there.

Dear Avocet

Yes we have been very very busy putting a whole new collection of tours together, and well the response from the community for Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan was very positive, so we will be looking into these for 2017. Sorry if this is a while away, but we need to conduct some extensive research to make sure we get the right product.

I'm sure in our new tours list thee will be something for you … keep an eye on Julia's posts

Alicia

Thanks Alicia, I appreciate how much time it must take to put a holiday together so will look forward to hopefully seeing something for 2017.

Many thanks for all the hard work that you and the team put in to give everyone the best holiday enjoyment, I'm sure there will be a lot of happy people out there when the new brochure drops on our mats.

Best wishes

Did someone say another long haul?

Borneo’s tropical rainforests and climate provide the perfect conditions for a huge variety of species to thrive, making this a paradise for nature-lovers. With numbers of wild orangutan down to about 25,000, what a privilege it would be to see one of these wonderful creatures in its own habitat, and this tour makes that a possibility. As you head into mountainous landscapes, cruise on winding rivers and trek through dense forest, keep a lookout for this endangered species as well as numerous other remarkable creatures and incredible flora.

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!Hallelujah!

Anyone would think you're excited Mark!! Looks like you've hit the jackpot with holidays next year.

Oh yes - and the Tran-Siberian Express - Moscow to Beijing. There's money going into the piggy bank as we speak...

That might be good, would love a glimpse of Siberia and Mongolia, seen too many Michael Palin programmes in the past me thinks!

Hi Julia,

Am I right in saying that someone mentioned BORNEO for next year?!! Yes please!!

It has long been on my list, and if you are running a tour in 2016, I just hope it doesn't clash with Burma in February and Namibia in September - I'm making up for lost time!

Cheers,

Hils

Oh heck, have so many of the "old" tours on the to do list, seems like I will be adding some others. Borneo sounds amazing, need to add that to all the other Asia tours I want to do - Burma, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, China etc. Already booked some months ago for the new Guatemala, Belize trip. Also, really glad to see the Yorkshire walking trip seems to be back, had my eye on that when it was in the brochure a couple of years ago.

Now waiting to see if there are any new tours to the US, there are a couple in the Travelsphere brochure that I hope there will be JY versions of - the pacific north west trip and the great lakes trip please.

Well, it seems that the Holiday Creators have ticked a few of the right boxes so far! Lets see what I can put in front of you today.....

Discover charming old towns, golden sands and tempting local delicacies on this wonderful holiday, which includes visits to bustling Oporto, historical Lisbon and Aveiro – the ‘Venice of Portugal’. Taste port wine and traditional pastries, and delve into the diverse highlights that await in the Douro Valley, including a memorable cruise along the river.

Hi Calm Air Pal!

Decisions decisions! I really fancy Borneo, but will it clash with Burma in February and Namibia in September? We will have to wait until next week when the brochure comes out!

Hi Hils,

I know it is getting exciting. I really want to do Borneo and Nambia and I bet they will throw in some other surprises. I will have to wait and see which holiday to book when I get back of my next holiday.

I am off to Brazil on Monday with some friends, not Just You this time but independently.

So I shall have to wait until I get back

Take Care

Julie

Hils, will you have to wait? Or, should I flick to page 40-41 of my brand new brochure (they have JUST arrived here at JYHQ - it's so exciting) and tell you that we have 4 departures in 2016, none of them will clash with Burma in February or Namibia in September.

Hi Julia

Do you know when the new brochure will be available to download? I suspect/hope it will be before my hard copy arrives.
