I have received my lounge pass today but it appears that I have been promoted to tour manager and changed my name to T Pollard.
Would you arrange for a new pass to be issued please?

The same is also on my lounge pass, it says Lead Passenger, Mrs T Pollard ( Tour Manager), have all passes been issued under the tour managers name as the group booking?

I have just spoken to our customer documents team and they have informed me that the lounge pass it says lead passenger and this is always in the tour manager’s name to cover the whole group, we do not usually put individual names on each one.
I hope this clears things up.

I have just spoken to the customer documents team and they informed me that they have posted a longue pass to you for your departure date but you wont have received it yet. They will send it to you via email later before Monday.
