My booking ref is A******.

JY is to obtain my visa and I have just received an email re this, requiring me to download forms etc.  However, the last time I spoke to someone I requested that all documentation was sent to me in hard copy form by snail mail.  (I do not have printing facilities when at home.)

I spoke to someone at JY this morning and she informed me that my profile said email documents.  I have therefore again requested this be changed.  (I don't mind receiving documents by email as well as hard copies, but do want anything that needs to be downloaded to be sent also by post.)  Please could you ensure this is actioned - I'm afraid I didn't have much confidence in the person I spoke to, who didn't seem to understand the situation with obtaining visas at all.

The operator I spoke to said she would contact the visa department to ask them to action this and send me the forms by post.  Again, I have no confidence this would be done - as I had on several occasions in the conversation to correct the operator on what the situation was.

I am going to France for a weekend in October, so want to get my passport visa'd and back asap - so would be very grateful if you could check and make sure the Visa department sends me out the forms asap.

Hi Katy,

I've had a look at your booking and I can see that the advisor spoke to the visa team this morning and they have sent out your visa pack 1st class this afternoon.

I can also confirm that you have been removed from the email documentation and all information regarding your holiday will be sent via post.
