Once again I have tried to use the ring back service but no one has called back. is there an on going  problem, and if so, why is the service still being offered?

Hi SarahS,

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a call back.

I've just been through to speak to a colleague (managed to catch him before he left for the day) and I have been advised that the system is working but if you drop me an email with your details (to Julia.morton@alh.co.uk), he will give you a call when he is back in on Monday - please let me know in the email if you have a preferred time.

I left a ring back request a few days ago and my call was not returned.  The next day there was a message on my machine from JY saying they were returning my call, I had been indoors since I left the message and not received any call from JY [I had received other calls] so this one's a bit of a mystery. It's possible the problem might be at my end  but just spotted this thread so thought I would let you know.

Thank you. I tried later and got through to a very helpful lady, so problem solved.
