I feel very let down by Just you as I have just had a cheque sent
to me re my holiday being cancelled, I assume because of lack of
numbers. Surely another date must have spaces that are still
running and wonder why I have not had the chance to change to
one or at the very least to go somewhere else. My phone has been
out of order for about 2 weeks now owing to a cable breaking and
I cannot receive or phone out for that time. It should be back on
the 24th Feb and I was going to ring as soon as I could. I was told
you tried to email but I did not receive it although it might have
gone straight to scam which I delete without looking at it. If I had
known you had emailed me I would have checked it.
I am now left with no holiday to look forward to. I have had a few
health problems but that has not stopped me using you having
gone to Kenya and Canada and was well looked after with no
problems. Surely I should have been given a chance at least of
going on another date or given the chance to go to another place
if St Lucia is not running at all. If you email me could you let me
know and I will check my scam mail as well as I did not get the
email from you.
I don't want to have to go elsewhere for a holiday as I have been
more than happy with you and trust you. I need a holiday though
as I could not get away this year.
