I am 22 years old and was thinking of going on the Highlights Of Peru trip in May next year. If I was to go, it would be my first in travelling solo. Hopefully my age isn't too young for this type of trip and feel out of place. Have already seen one Wonder of the World (Taj Mahal), so why stop there I think to myself!

I have not been on this tour, you would be in the lower age range but I am sure that would not stop you having a great holiday. I am due to leave shortly for my 10JY tour so if there's anything you need to know just ask.

Age is just a number. If you really want to go on the Highlights of Peru trip then just go ahead and book it. You will have no problems if you get on with people of all ages. Everyone is friendly and you will have a great time. You may be the youngest, agewise, in the group but don't let that stop you from going. I have been on 6 Just You holidays and all have been wonderful.

Well I've been lurking around the JY website for months now, today I received a letter outlining a serverance payment from work, decided life's too short I need an adventure so I've taken the plunge and booked a little break to test out JY.

Hi Suzanne, this is a new tour for 2015 so you won't get any comments regarding that tour! However, it is similar to the America's Golden West tour which has been one of Just You's most popular tours for many years - I did it in March 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish JY had run the Yosemite tour then as I would have done it in preference - Yosemite has been on my wish list for a long time! However on the Golden West tour I visited San Francisco, LA, Palm Springs, Vegas and the Grand Canyon - they were all brilliant with San Fr being my favourite. I hope you book - it should be a fantastic tour! Don't be nervous - I've done 9 JY tours now with three more booked!
