Hi Ben, please could you tell me when i should expect to receive my final itinery for Thailand? Also what are the normal arrangements for everyone meeting at Heathrow - does everyone meet in a departure lounge before the flight? I just read that with one of the other holidays there wasnt a meetiing place so people were meeting up in a bar? Thanks Ange

Thanks for getting in touch and I apologise for taking a few days to respond, I have been awaiting information from someone else in the business who has been on holiday for a few days.

I can confirm that you will receive your final paperwork around 2 weeks prior to your departure date. In regards to meeting up with fellow travellers, you will recieve a lounge voucher in with your paperwork which will give all the details of the lounge, I believe its normally the Servisair lounge.
