I have read through my paper work and still slightly uncertain about procedure.

Will a Just You representative be meeting us at the check in? or do we take the flight and the tour guide meets us in Pisa?

As of yet I have had no response to my post, so I have no idea who or how many people will be going on this trip too, so as to meet up with them at the airport.

Thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm that your Tour Manager, a lovely lady called Marina will meet you at the destination airport, but there will be several Just You Airport representatives at the airport as soon as you arrive to help all the way.
