Hope you can help. I am off to Cuba on 27th April and have received papers yesterday. Luggage allowance is 23k but it says that it is only 20k on the 1 internal flight and that we will have to pay any excess. Have you any idea how much the excess will cost per kilo ( us women need all the weight allownce we can have). ?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I will let you know a definite answer as soon as I hear something.

In my experience, excess luggage costs about £5-7 per kg, so you should probably budget about £20 for the extra weight.
