I emailed the hotel last week but haven't heard back yet. Some hotels do offer this service but not all, so it's probably not worth taking the risk. I would advise just taking some euros and your usual bank debit card, which you will be able to use at cashpoints while you're away. Let your bank know if you plan to do this.
