I know that it is early days for bookings but which Bruges date has the most people booked on,the reason that i ask is that i have to book leave at work and book the cattery and i do not want to have to change dates (if possible) if the date that i should choose to go on is cancelled through lack of support.thankyou L

The Bruges departure date with the most bookings to date is May 13, so I would recommend you go for that one.
