Hi All

I've received my final info via email and today the luggage tags and lounge pass.  Oh dear, yet another mistake with the final info - lounge pass is for Terminal 3 on 25th May - we are Terminal 4 on 23rd May.  

Monty - I phoned JY to alert them of this mistake, but as this has happened on my last two trips, there appears to be a problem.  This not only wastes my time, it wastes JY's time and also will affect the JY reputation.

Fellow travellers - please check your final info well before you travel.

Thank you for alerting me to this issue. The company who book the lounge passes, unfortunately booked the incorrect date. I assume that you have been sent a new lounge pass by the person you spoke to on the phone?

Hello Monty,

Having read this post I have just checked and my lounge pass is wrong also! I will call JY tomorrow to ask for a pass for the correct day and terminal. Thank you Sylvia for pointing it out!!

I have just noticed Sylvia's post regarding incorrect lounge pass details for the Alaska trip.  Fortunately I have just checked by Lounge Booking and noticed that I too have received incorrect details.  I will have to phone JustYou tomorrow morning.  

I really feel that this is very bad and reflects badly on JustYou.  There are going to be a lot of passengers on my trip who will be very disappointed and annoyed that this hashappened.  Justyou or whoever was respnsible for this error should send out new documents with the correct information on them.

Thanks for your assistance.  I received a correct lounge pass in the post this morning.  The person I spoke to at the weekend said she would send an email to the department who deals with the issue of lounge passes. 

I do think, however, that JY should check the info they receive from a third party before just popping things in an envelope to the traveller.  According to the lounge pass there are 19 people travelling to Alaska.

And finally, still no Christmas brochure!!!!
