Had such a good time on my 1st JY trip to SA over Xmas and NY am now doing the Cilento Coast on June 2nd. Flying from Heathrow this one has been added due to popularity and is not actually in brochure. Would love to hear from anyone else doing this one. Val x

I am just being nosy and curious about other people's holiday plans for the year 2013.

So where are you planning to travel next year?

I'm thinking Albi & Carcassone either in May or June(if anyone has been on this trip which is better weather wise?, it would be nice to have a bit of warm weather).

And then the new Florida trip for November.

Hi,

I have booked my first ever single holiday the River Douro, Portugal cruise in April and then Calabria in September. Don't know whether to be excited or nervous - I'm going for excited, it sounds better. Hope you enjoy whichever you decide.

Hello,

I have just booked the Italian cities tour in June, this is my first holiday with just you and seems very ordinary compared to where most others on this thread are off too. It has taken a great deal of courage for me to book this, but if I enjoy it who knows where my next trip with just you will be.

Hi Janet

Don't worry - you will soon catch up with the rest and travelling to more exotic destinations! I am sure you will enjoy the Italian Cities tour. Have a great time.

Val

I am going on this trip on the 9th June and very much looking forward to it. It must be a good tour as I know on another thread a lady liked it so much that she is going back again.

Enjoy South Italy. All the best Mel

I am already thinking of where to go in 2014 as i have booked for the Austrian Lakes this August.

There are very few holidays in this years brochure that I will be prepared to take next year - I can only go in the school holidays and there are very few long haul holidays then - and none at all that fly from Manchester!! I have decided that I cannot face the hassle of getting from Manchester to Gatwick just for a one week holiday. I think that means the end of my holidays with JY until I retire!!

I went to Sorrento in April and am going to China trip in September. I have just booked to go to Iceland for the New Year, although I'm not sure that comes within the definition of a holiday - maybe an experience would be a better description.

A friend asked if I was in a "volcano visiting" phase so maybe I should consider Sicily and Etna next year!

Hi Peter

Iceland for New Year sounds great. I have never been away for Christmas and New Year and would like to go away one day during this period and experience the atmosphere in a different country. Perhaps I should add this to my evergrowing list, which is getting longer each day.

Regards

Route 66 in September

You will just love Route 66. Went in April this year. Amazing and very educational. See a lot of stuff including small towns off the beaten track. On the go all the time but well worth it. Wouldn't have missed it for the world and tour guide, Richard was excellent.
