Hi Dawn and everyone going to Andalucia in November. Iwent in September same tour as Maddy and agree with everything she wrote. The food is good breakfast and dinner are buffet style with lots of choice. I think you should be aware that the in room safe is a ten euro's returnable deposit with a daily charge of three euro's a day there is no fridge in the room but one can be hired four euro's a day. There is no kettle no access to an iron or ironing board though there is a laundry service. Mijas is a beautiful quiet very clean village. The tours are good and you will meet some lovely people in your group and make friends. Wishing you all a lovely holiday and enjoy Lillie..

Hi Lillie

Thank you very much for the information....Will take my own kettle then.

Hi

I went to Andalucia in September 2010. I can guarantee that you all will have a lovely time. It is a beautiful part of Spain. I definitely would love to go back one day as I missed the trip to Rhonda due to not feeling very well. We had perfect weather throughout the trip. If you have the option of visiting Gibraltar and/or Alhambra Palace take this offer as both are great places to visit. I personally try and see as much as I can when I am on a holiday as you never know if you will ever get a chance to go back. Enjoy and have a great holiday.

Hi there - I'm a fresh entrant to this web site but I would just like to add my little bit of agreement to the above post.

Ronda is a fantastic place, perched high on the cliffs, thew bull ring is a must and it can get very hot inside. Because ronda is

on a high cliff it can be very windy so iff you go onto the gardens to look over the surrounding countryside - hang onto your hats, although it can be quite hilarious watching others lose theirs.

Gibralter is well worth the trip - if only to be in a little British area with all the "proud" Britains. The cable car is a must as is St Michaels cave. The apes are very greedy and totally without fear so watch your packets of sweeties or biscuits. I hoppe anybody going to that area will enjoy themselves. I have lovely memories of times with my wife out there.

Hi and thank you for your input.

I personally have not booked any any extra trips as i'm having back problems at the moment so wont see Gibralter, but I hope to go back and see the things I'm going to miss this time.

Hi

I did this trip in September last year and would like you to know that none of those who are going will be disappointed. It is truly a beautiful place to visit. Do try and go to Alhambra Palace and Gibraltar if these optional trips are still on offer.

Enjoy yourselves.

Hello Dawn and John

Less than three weeks to go now! Looking forward to meeting you both. John - I think I will probably get to Malaga Airport not long before you so I will look out for you!

Best wishes.

Hi Jeannie,

I have to confess that everything here is revolving around my daughter and her wedding (5th November) at the moment. My holiday has very definitely been pushed into the background!

Just to make things worse, my daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law were going to start looking to buy a house a couple of weeks after the wedding. But they've just seen exactly what they want, so are now caught up in mortgage applications, surveys, etc. And I am more than just a little bit stressed on their behalf. I can't wait to get away for my week of relaxation, sunshine and good company.

All my holiday paperwork came today. It suddenly feels so much more real (Hooray!)

My plane is due to land in Malaga at 12:00, so we will probably meet in the airport. It'll be great to see you.

Dawn, What time do you land?

I did the same trip in September and it was my first singles holiday. I had a wonderful time and have just booked to go to the Holy Land for Christmas. Not religious but think it would be an interesting place to go. You will love Andalucia.

Hi John

Was thinking about you the other day knowing your daughter is soon to get married. I don't know how you're coping I'm stressed with just the holiday packing and sorting out.

I land at 2pm so you will have settled into your rooms by the time I get there.

Looking forward to meeting you.

Hello John and Dawn

I'm due to arrive in Malaga at 11.25 so I would imagine we will be on the same transfer to the hotel so I will look out for you (although I don't know what you look like!). Do you know if there is a time difference now that we have put our clocks back?

Best of luck with your daughter's wedding. Is it this weekend? Let me know how you get on.

Dawn - I will look out for you at the hotel.

Hope to hear from you both soon.

Hi Dawn and Jeannie.

Yes, the wedding is all over now. It was an absolutely, huge success and everyone loved every minute of the whole day.

Only one hiccough. My daughter and son-in-law kicked off the evening with a truly fantastic show piece dance that they had been practicing for months and months. The applause and cheering were deafening. The plan was then for bride and dad to kick off the evening's dancing. We'd had a quick practice so that we could dance for 20 seconds without tripping over each other. Trouble was, the DJ got hold of the wrong end of the stick and announced it as another show piece dance! I was mortified.

See you in nine days - yes, NINE DAYS!

I'm glad the weddinng was a success despite your little mishap!

Only seven days now - in fact if everything is on time we should have landed in Spain by this time next week. Can't wait!!

Hi! I'll be flying from East Midlands on Wednesday and I'm really looking forward to this holiday. For the first timers to Just You that feel nervous, try not to as I've been on 3 other holidays with them, which I've thoroughly enjoyed and felt looked after. See you in a few days! :)
