HI PAULA, CAN YOU CHECK THAT YOU HAVE YOUR PASS TO GET INTO THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE. AS MINE WAS NOT SENT OUT WITH MY TICKETS. I HAVE RUNG THEM TODAY AND AM ASSURED I WILL GET BY SPECIAL DELIVERY BR TUESDAY.

no i have no pass in my package. oh i will have to ring them tomorrow hope they open, also do we not get tickets now as i dont have any and its only itinerary to say wot flights n that we r going on, i tried to msg olly about this but he did not reply, i did not no also that we were supposed to have a pass so thankyou i will ask about this. wish i cud ov had ur mobile to check with u and wen u get their but i suppose u cant put it on this site ??. c u soon julie x

:huh: hi julie, i phone just you today and they sending my pass out special delivery to come on tues so fingers crossed i get it, i would never of known tho if u hadnt said so i would of been really stuck at the airport. so once again thankyou x c u soon x

hi paula, i have not received my pass in the post today. so have rung again and asked them to e-mail me something so i know which lounge to go to. You dont get a ticket as such. it is a e-ticket which is part of the itineray that you were talking about. c u tomorrow. hope you get yours through in the post. if you want get some one to call me over the tannoy and i will come and get you. julie marua
