Have just booked this trip but have never done a solo trip before. I have to admit to feeling somewhat apprehensive. Is any one else booked on this trip? and can I say HI,

This will be my second Just You trip, my first was a trip to the French Alps, that was three years ago but this time I am feeling more adventurous, China is somewhere I have promised myself I would visit but up until now there always seemed to be a reason why I couldn’t. June the 9th can't come soon enough, I'm sure this will be a holiday we will all remember.

Delighted to meet some fellow travellers. I can't wait to start this journey and get to know people. I have never done such a long flight before but decided that the chance to see China far outweighed my "wobbles" about flying. Do we fly direct or have a stop?

I believe its a direct flight about 9 hours 15 mins. should be able to sleep through a fair bit of that.

Thanks for the info re: flight. I read it was a night time flight though I will probably too excited to sleep. I will be travelling down from Manchester area first.

Glad to know our flight is only just over 9hours,thought it would be longer. Don't know if I'll sleep either, think I'll be so excited!! Will be coming from the Midlands.
