I have just discovered today 9/10/2010, there is no record of our booking reference on the BMI website under manage my booking.I have been trying to contact JY about this ,on hold for 20 mins,even though my call was made prior to their closing time at 4pm.I was wondering if you have also discovered this

problem?I will try again Monday.

Look forward to meeting you at Heathrow.Thanks for joining our small group here on JY Community site.I booked my seats on the Emirates website last week without any problems,but I am currently having a problem with my connecting flight as the Reference is not recognised by BMI.

Wendy, hope you got sorted with seats, you can't actually check in yet for Emirates)likely you know this)but just choose seats at this stage. To be honest I've found in the past your choice of seat may not be honoured anyhow, due to unforseen circumstances. Look forward to seeing you all!

Regarding my query about the BMI website,I have just phoned their helpdesk,who informed me that we need to check in our luggage at George Best Belfast City Airport as it is a connecting flight,otherwise if you check in online,we would have to collect our baggage at Heathrow.

Remember not to check in online with BMI as your Luggage will have to be collected at Heathrow
