My national  express bus is due in to the central bus station at 2.30 pm so allowing for delays and an onward bus to hotel etc. I will be at the hotel  say from 3.30 pm. What time does your flight land at Heathrow?

My flight from Manchester is at 4pm, landing just after 5pm. So will hopefully be at the Premier Inn for around 6.00-6.30! Would be great for some of us to meet at the hotel before heading to Heathrow the next morning!

As I will be there 'early' at the hotel I will have an early meal in the restaurant. Then at say 7.00 pm I shall go to the bar area and look for people with the purple just you label. My label will be attached to my handbag. I'll grab a drink and and see if a few of us gather. I'll try and get a table and will put the label facing outwards for fellow travellers to see. Feel free to approach and introduce yourself.

Yes looking forward to the holiday, I've always wanted to visit the West Coast and specifically Los Angeles so will be a big tick off my bucket list!

This will be my final message as the weekend approaches. Please make sure you look out for me and approach at hotel.

It's always a busy hotel in the evening. So worst case scenario and we fail to meet earlier,  I will stand by the hotel checkin desks at 7.30 pm. See you Tuesday.

My Nat. Exp. coach should drop me off at T2/T3  around 1630, so would expect to be at the hotel around an hour or so later.
