i wonder if anyone that has done this trip can help.

I understand most meals are included but does this include drinks? If not how does it work? Is it a pay as you go type of set up or do you get a bill at the end like on an ocean cruise? Also how does tipping work as I've only done cruises where it is automatically added to your bill. Sorry for all the questions but it's my first solo trip and just want to understand everything.
