Is that the French and Italian Riviera trip? If so it's OK, you have to choose your evening meal at breakfast, you're given a menu to mark it on. The only thing I'd say was that the vegetarians weren't all that well catered for, eg two evenings their offering was fried eggs, and they literally received fried eggs with the same vegetables that everyone else had. On the second evening (before I'd realised how literal the menu was) I ordered "rice and vegetables" and got literally that, plain bolied rice and some veg on the side, I'd expected it to be a risotto type of dish!! Some evenings there was a little extra appetiser but it was hit and miss so don't expect it every night! There were 3 courses every evening with 3 or 4 choices for each course. Breakfast was continental, lots of fruit, meats, bread, croissants, cakes etc, there was also an option of eggs cooked however you asked.
