I returned from your New Zealand tour at the end of October having had a wonderful holiday. The trip was well organised and I couldn't have had a better guide than Tessa. She dealt with everyone's queries and problems in a very friendly and efficient manner but it was not without a sense of humour. Thanks Tessa.
