I have been contemplating booked a trip to New Zealand with JY.

I noticed that none of the evening meals are included. Does this mean

you will left to make your own arrangements - possibly alone? This is

my main concern.

Kind Regards

Good morning,

Thanks for getting in touch, thats great you're thinking about this tour, you would not be disappointed 🙂

I can advise that on the Just you tour there are 3 dinners included.

On the other nights, the tour manager will help you find somewhere to eat or you can eat in the hotel.

We have never come across any complaints from customers who felt that they were on thier own at meal times, the group normally stick together and again the Tour Manager will help in any way.

I hope this helps,

Kindest,

Ben

Hello Lou

I went on the JY to HGK and NZ in January. The days are long so to be honest I favoured eating in the hotels as it was easier, you will not eat alone, people buddy up very quickly so you will be fine. Some night maybe just with another and other nights a whole crowd of you. We did go out some night on the times we were at hotels for a few nights, the rep quite often gave suggestions. You will be fine this is an amazing holiday to go on. If I can help with anything just ask.

Hi Loopy Lou

I went to New Zealand in March 2010, it was my first JY holiday. I chose that time of year as not a great lover of the heat. The weather was perfect, with just one day of rain which was whilst we were on a long coach journey so didn't matter. North Island warmer than the South Island but still pleasant - for me anyway. Study the weather charts to get a feel for the temperatures at different times of the year if you are still debating on when to go.

Enjoy.
