I, too, have posted a couple of questions earlier in the week for moderation. The post
doesn't seem to have appeared unless I have missed it or I didn't post correctly.
Knowing how busy you please could you just confirm that you are dealing with them even if you can't reply totally at this stage.
My first question was would the Tour Manager be able to access sufficient amounts of bottled water for the JY explorers on the new Mongolian tour as most of the tour seems to be out in the stix?
The Mongolian tour departing in June is a possible back-up plan for me if the Namibian tour departing on 22nd February, which I am on, is cancelled due to lack of numbers. I had asked for an update on numbers for the Namibian tour.
However, I have now read that you will not be sharing group sizes and passenger breakdowns on individual tours.
I am sorry but I think that this is a big backwards step in terms of customer service for JY and it certainly won't do the company any favours.
