I have just spotted that our latest member is "Moderator2".   Do I take it that you have persuaded someone else to come in and help you and Elisa look after the ever increasing numbers of Forum members and their questions/complaints/comments?   If so, when will you get round to introducing him or her and letting them have a go at juggling all the balls?

Yes we have a new Moderator who is currently learning the ropes... In fact I have her looking at a couple of posts right now so you'll soon see her answering your questions and queries.
