Hi Monty

I have seen a post on the Forum regarding needing Euro's for the trip to Montenegro and obviously we need kuna for Croatia but I haven't seen anything about currency for Bosnia.  Will we able to use Euro's here too?

Hi Jonah,

The currency in Bosnia is Convertible Marks (KM), however Euros are widely acceptedif that would be easier. Also, most currency exchange desks will accept Euros and Sterling to change to KM.

Kindest regards,

Monty

Hi Jonah,

I was in Bosnia last year on Travelsphere's Balkan Peninsula tour and I can vouch for what Monty has said - you can use euro in most places but may get change in convertible marks.

Have a great trip!

Bob

PS Interesting note - Montenegro isn't in the euro zone but they still use the currency!!  Bizarre.....
