I went on the Canadian trip with Brian in June and would love to do another of his trips next year. Do you plan the managers in advance or do you have to take a chance on who you have. Mind you I went on my first trip to Kenya last year with Barbara and she was brilliant so would like to go with her as well. Its nice when you already know the leader in advance. Perhaps you could start telling us earlier so that we can choose where to go according to who is running it as I know it comes up each year with so many people asking the same question. Perhaps the planning could include that information.

Hi Sue,

At the moment, Tour Managers are allocated after a tour has been cleared to operate and can be provisionally allocated 1-3 months before departure.

We are aware that the Tour Managers can play a huge part in the enjoyment of many travellers' holidays and it has been an ongoing conversation at Just You HQ, as to how we can communicate to customers the tours that Tour Managers will be leading in a given year.

Hopefully we'll have something soon - but at this stage I can't make any promises.
