I can't decide whether to book the Canada and New England holiday (18 Sept) or Florida (19 Sept). Bit worried as September is peak hurricane season for Florida!

Could you tell me the numbers booked on both holidays and ratio men:women and who the Tour Managers will be?

Thanks.

Hi,

Hopefully the following information will help you to decide which trip to book....

Canada & New England in the Fall: Currently 11 travellers booked (4 men/7 women). The Tour Manager provisionally allocated on this trip is Edward Rawlinson

Florida: Currently 26 travellers booked - 4 places left (10 men/ 16 women). The Tour Manager provisionally allocated on this trip is Kim Valencia

Kindest regards,

Julia

Thanks for your reply.

Regarding the Florida holiday could you please check the time of the departure from Gatwick?

The brochure states 11:20 but according to the BA website there isn't an 11:20 departure on a Thursday but there is a departure listed for 13:20.

I need to know as I would have to book an overnight hotel if it is an 11:20 departure.

Also will the TM accompany the group from Gatwick?

Thanks

Julia

Hi,

I understand that there has been a schedule change from BA and it looks like this will be the 13:20 flight. All flight times would be confirmed in the final documents you would be sent (just in case there are any further schedule changes).

As for the Tour Manager - this is provisionally listed as Kim Valencia who would meet you in the states. An airport rep would be at the airport to see you through check-in.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi All,

Edward Rawlingson is an excellent tour manager, he was our TM for Amazing Australia last October. He's brilliant at organising things, Knew is stuff so I see he will be excellent for your trip to Canada & New England. Ed finally let his hair down on our final night in Melbourne which was good to see.

Enjoy.
