EXPLAIN MORE please!!! friend discount many of my friends have travelled with you from my instigation but I have never heard of friend discount in the 6 years I have been travelling what JY. What is it and how much does it equate to.?? Is this mentioned in your brochures or online as not sure I have seen anything about this, the only discount I know of is the vouchers they gave away when you were on tour which didnt last long and I never did get to use one. Is there anything else we on here need to know about anything like this? If there is money to be saved or gained i would very much like to know how. Every penny counts these days.

Our refer a friend scheme has been around for a long time, a card is mailed out along with all brochure requests, do you request our brochures or tend to wait till there mailed automatically or browse and book online?

If you request the new Just You brochure (I appreciate you have already had one) but you will receive a refer a friend card.

So.... I have been doing it wrong I just give them my brochure and they book direct or I point them to the web page and they book direct so you would not know that I am passing them on to you (JY) to book a holiday. I have seen the card now you mention it but like most things I just re cycle it (as in junk mail) I just want to read the brochure tut tut I shall pay more attention now. Thanks for the answer ..

That sounds about right, sorry you've not seen it before, I would offer to send a few copies out to you but we don't have them stocked at the head office, all our brochures are mailed by an external company,
