Just one question

Did you eat OUT in restaurants every evening as I note it says that you do in Riga and Tallinn

The reason I ask is so that I can pack the relevent clothes

We ate out for three evening meals. It was not necessary to dress up for any of the evening meals. It's a great holiday enjoy it.
