Hi I am new to this forum and have not yet booked a holiday. To be honest I am a little scared. My question though is about the best holiday for someone with limited mobility. I have osteo arthritis and find walking far or fast difficult. How hard would the Euro star holiday to Belgium be or what would members suggest. Thanks
Hi Marion. And welcome. Please do not be scared. I suffer from an arthritic spine and although I don't have many problems going up hill I do have problems coming down steps and slopes. I've been to Cilento Coast (twice) Istria and this October to Tuscany with Just You.
To be honest I haven't had a whole lot of problems. I find that usually on the included trips that the walking is done at a gentle pace and the Tour Managers are very considerate of anyone who may be slower. They would also be able to tell you if there is a lot of longer walking. I am pretty sure that someone in Customer Services would be able to help you too.
I can't speak for the Belgium trip I am afraid because I have never done it.
Sorry I can't help more. I hope you find something that you would like to book.
