All I will say is that put your nervousness aside and press the 'book' button. If you really want to do the Tuscany trip, then why not go ahead and book it. Life is too short. You will not be on your own when travelling with Just You. I do hope that you will book the Tuscany trip and let us all know how much you enjoyed it on your return.
