Having to start again as my screen froze! 😕 Apologies if it turns up twice!
I am in the same position as you - an even longer list of holidays and trying to make a decision. However I have thoroughly enjoyed several trips to North America and did Historic East with Travelsphere (different first half of the tour) in May 2014 as a single and Canada and New England with JY last date in September 2013.
Of the two - oh - so hard to choose. Loved Historic East for the places visited and the history - seeing the names and places from long forgotten school history lessons and innumerable news bulletins - I felt I was actually touching history at times; plus a black bear up a tree in Shenandoah National Park!
However also loved Canada and New England - again for the history plus the glorious scenery. Cape Cod, the amazing colours, Morse Maple Farm  Quebec - a long drive but worth every minute - don't forget to sample Poutine. The government buildings in Ottawa and the stunning statue of the Queen on Burmese. My first ever helicopter flight over Niagara Falls, and do take the New York add on, there is so much to see and do and its easy to get around (been twice - can't wait to go again!)
Yes both holidays involve a fair amount of driving and some longish days, but hopefully with a knowledgeable, motivated and enthusiastic Tour Manager, in good company, with great scenery and plenty of breaks at some interesting places along the way.
Personally I have been put off the National Parks by the maximum numbers of travellers quoted, despite this being a tour I really want to do. Florida - on the list but perhaps for some winter sunshine in the future!
Good luck with the decision making!
