We are all different what I would suggest is you contact your doctors or practice nurse for vaccination advise.

I have not been on this tour but it is very popular.

I'm booked on the China trip on 7th August 2013 and I contacted by Dr's to see if I needed injections; I was given an appointment with the practice nurse who went on the NHS website to check what I needed (I gave her a list of where we're travelling to). You may find some of your injections are up to date depending where you have travelled before. I had to have hepatitis A, diptheria/polio/tetanus and typhoid. Hope that helps. Marie
