I have just booked my first trip, a weekend, August Leeds Discovery trip can anyone tell me if they are going and what age they are to get a feel of who is going. I am 54, bubbly, like to laugh, quite young to look at, so hoping to be around similar people. Thanks Denise.

I am on the Leeds trip in August. I am 72 so a great deal older than you. Lost my wife 2 years ago and have just found the nerve to go for it. Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of the party.

Never done a discovery weekend but done 4 holidays and at 53 years old usually find myself in the youngest third of travellers. Will add I've mixed with younger and older and everyone seems to get on just great.

I like Mick have not done a discovery weekend but I have done 7 JY Tours with 1 more booked. I am 52 so still in the younger age range!!!!!!, but I have spent many happy hours with much older and a little younger on my trips.

I'm 42 and done about 10 JY holidays.

You'll enjoy whatever holiday regardless of age
