You ask if there is anyone else who has not travelled as a 'single' before. We have all been in this position. There is nothing to worry about - believe me. You will be perfectly safe - your Tour Manager will take good care of you and best of all - you will meet some smashing people.

Choose something you fancy - I can recommend Russia or Cuba if you want something 'different'. I am going to China in March - so really looking forward to this.

But if you want to stay nearer to home for your first trip - maybe choose Europe. 'Austrian Lakes' is good but so are all of the other European destinations.

hi jiulie, i am also new to jy, and i have just booked for the magic of kenya on 11th may 2011, this will be my first ever travelling alone experience and i am very nervous to say the least, but after reading this forum and peoples post i have been put at ease a bit, i dont think the nerves will go untill im their and get to no some other people in the same boat, let me no if u book anwhere would love to here frm u . thanks paula x

I reckon everyone is a little nervous the first time they travel solo but the fact the majority seem to come back for further holidays says it all.

You'll meet others in the same position, single and wanting a good holiday.

Just You are excellent and really look after you.
