I hope to book this holiday this week, is there anyone else booked on this holiday too? Has anyone else been on this holiday previously and tell me what you thought? Also which of the trips on this holiday have you been on and anyone know the Ramada Hotel that JU are booking. It looks a fab place to visit, very beautiful but going in Sept I am wondering whether its going to not be too hot

Hi Sue,

I did this trip last year but a week later (15th Sept) and the weather was pretty good but not too hot - the first day was very wet but it brightened up late afternoon and was gorgeous for the rest of the week. I went on 4 of the 5 trips (didn't do the Cliffhanger lunch) and enjoyed them all although the lake tour was done during the pouring rain so we didn't see the surroundings at their best. Don't let that put you off though - I'm sure that won't happen again! I thought that the Ramada hotel was very nice (it's quite new) - the only downside of it is the location, there's nothing much nearby. If you go on all the trips though you won't have much time to explore anyway, and you can always use the shuttle bus to go further afield.

Thanks for the info, gosh raining, I was hoping to get away from that and do a bit of sunbathing in between the tours, well lets hope the rain is not around when I go.
